Terms and Conditions of Sale

(General Terms and Conditions of Sale)

1. Information About the Seller

This website is operated by A.W.M. Srls, registered office at Corso Lodi 113, 20139 Milan (MI), Italy. The store entrance is located at Via Sacconi 2 (corner of Corso Lodi). For information or assistance: awemme2020@gmail.com.

2. Nature of the Service and Order Validity

These Terms and Conditions govern the online reservation of products offered on the website. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Submitting an order constitutes a purchase request. The sale is not considered concluded at the time of the online order: the contract is finalized only after A.W.M. Srls confirms product availability, using the contact details provided by the customer.

Only after this confirmation will the product be reserved and made available for in‑store pickup.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT.

During the ordering process, the customer may choose among the following payment methods:

Cash

Payment made directly upon pickup in store.

Bank Transfer

The customer may pay by bank transfer according to the instructions provided in the order confirmation. Pickup will take place only after the payment has been verified, or according to other arrangements agreed with A.W.M. Srls.

Cash on Pickup

This option allows the customer to confirm the order online and pay upon pickup. Once “Cash on Pickup” is selected, the customer may choose to pay in cash or by bank transfer.

Payment is made at the time of pickup, unless otherwise communicated by A.W.M. Srls in the order confirmation.

4. In‑Store Pickup

No shipping services are provided. Products must be picked up exclusively at:

Via Sacconi 2, 20139 Milan (MI) (store entrance, corner of Corso Lodi 113)

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer at the moment the product is physically collected.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Since the sale does not take place online and the contract is concluded in store, the right of withdrawal for distance contracts (Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code) does not apply.

Once the product has been collected, the purchase is final.

6. Legal Warranty

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Any lack of conformity must be reported within 2 months from discovery, as required by law. The product will undergo a technical inspection to determine the nature and origin of the defect.

This inspection is necessary to distinguish between:

defects covered by warranty (manufacturing defects)

damages not covered (impacts, drops, liquids, tampering, improper use)

7. Limitation of Liability

A.W.M. Srls is not liable for delays or inability to deliver due to force majeure or events beyond the seller’s control.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute, jurisdiction lies with the consumer’s court of residence, or, in other cases, with the Court of Milan.
